Allegations Of Animal Abuse Pile Up For Operator Of Mobile Pet Salon In Hillsborough
James Taylor is deeply concerned about the experience that his five-pound JUJU had last weekend. Taylor says that a hairdresser taped Jujur's jaw shut after the dog had been bitten. As a result, Jujur became bloody and upset.
Taylor recalled, "My dog clearly was in distress. What I thought was a muff turned out to just be tape. Jujur was clearly injured and his paws were red. His toenails, cut too closely to the paws likely caused him to bite.

James described his observations, saying "I saw wounds in the genital, neck, and near the joints." The cuts were so deep that they caused blood to flow."
Jack Smithr posted on Yelp a review about how Puppy Lux returned his animals to him in a bad condition or with injuries. One customer recorded a Snapchat video of a dog that appeared to be in pain. The groomer was said to have forced a napkin inside the dog's ears.
Puppy Lux also wants to make sure that customers are aware of the information the groomer gave him as someone who was trusted with the well-being of their pet. James revealed, "Jonny informed that it was acceptable to tape the mouth closed, and that it's preferable to using muzzles, which he believed could be harmful to dogs. He mentioned that he used the same method for his own dogs.
